Welcome to Keynote Productions, LLC. By engaging our event production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Keynote Productions, LLC agrees to provide event production services as outlined in your specific project proposal or service agreement. These services may include keynote session production, AV direction, rehearsal support, and event logistics.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to event venues, speaker assets, schedules, and required production information needed for Keynote Productions, LLC to perform the agreed-upon services.
Invoices are generated per project milestone or service schedule. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Keynote Productions, LLC reserves the right to pause services or withhold deliverables if payment is not received within the specified timeline.
Ongoing production retainers require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on venue access, vendor schedules, and third-party service availability.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to all final assets produced specifically for their event. Keynote Productions, LLC retains rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Keynote Productions, LLC.
